Well done on your performance at netball today. Sorry I could not record your performance but I was busy reserving the game.
Things you did well: * Smiled well
Things you need to work on : * Better facial expression and singing through the entire performance!
These are easy points to achieve at nationals. Please watch the videos below and I will be asking you to record yourself and posting them to the blog for feedback.
Please watch the video below and comment on: * What you did well * What you need to work on. Be specific and comment from your feet up to your head.
Example
I thought I did really well on singing and smiling through the song.
I need to work on making the drumming move making sure: My feet are pointing the correct way ( out to the left and front) My knee is bend and the other straight My hips/stomach are facing the way I am drumming My arms are coming up to my shoulders and down to my knees when drumming My shoulders are facing the way I am drumming My head is facing the way I am drumming and I am smiling and singing.
From the names above a team of 8 (minimum) to 10 (maximum) will be selected to participate in the video entry for Nationals due the 21 June 2010.
Children that do not participate in the video entry will become the traveling reserves, if the team makes Nationals.
The numbers for the video entry team will be selected based on the following commitment, attitude and overall performance.
Practice days and times:
Tuesday before school 8 am and lunchtime
Wednesday before school 8 am and lunchtime.
